Clubs & Cells
The nature club of the College intends to spread the message of environmental preservation and protection. The club attempts to enlighten the student community by arranging programs which emphasizes the harmony between man and nature.
Activity club coordinates all fine arts, literary and cultural programs of the college. It fosters creativity, self-expression, and collaboration through fine arts and cultural activities of students and staff. Its mission is to provide a platform for personal growth, skill development and socialization.
The quiz club of the college aims at identifying students with quiz talents and creating opportunities for them to sharpen their quiz skill. The club provides supporting hands to interested students to enlighten to the world of knowledge.
The main aim of ED Club is to promote entrepreneurial talents among student community and encourage self - employment in rural cultivation, cottage and small scale industries, Khadi and village industry etc
A special cell, called the OBC Cell, is functioning in our College for the
welfare of Other Backward
Communities (OBC). .
The Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) cell, called the SC/ST cell of the College was formed with the purpose of empowering the SC
and ST students studying in the College.
The minority cell of the College facilitates financial support to students of minority communities by the Management and other sources. It empowers and equips them with necessary skills to choose a career path
In the onset of every academic year, the committee of the cell gives orientation classes to students of the College to make them aware the anti-ragging laws and the consequences of ragging. Posters and notices are displayed all
over the College campus with the helpline telephone numbers.
The Women Development Cell (WDC) is a platform for helping the girl students to prevent gender inequality, bias, and violence
Every department of the College conducts periodic test papers and two internal examinations in each semester. Progress report of each student will be intimated to the parent groups. Class PTA meetings are also conducted by the concerned class teacher to establish a rapport between the parents, teachers and students.
The college conducts University
examinations of both regular and
private students under the supervision of Examination Committee till the answer bundles are handed over to the University.

The anti-drug cell of the College has been constituted to ensure a drug-free campus by imposing a total ban on the possession or consumption of drugs and alcohol by students of the College, within and outside the campus. The programs are conducted by organizing awareness classes with the help of Government authorized agencies or organizations.
Students may have a multitude of grievances of both academic and non-academic. In order to address and redress these grievances, the College has constituted a grievance redressal cell.
Additional Skill Acquisition Programme is a venture of Kerala Government aiming to acquire various skills and training for the employability of UG students. Different programs like seminars and workshops are conducted either online or offline
Our college is very much privileged to have a literary and cultural forum for inculcating and strengthening literary, cultural and moral values of the students. .
The major objective of the tutorial system is to provide mentoring to the students. All the class teachers are the mentors. The students are divided into groups and are placed under group tutors. The system is further reinforced by conducting class-PTA.
This system locates the slow learners to provide special coaching. It identifies those students who lag behind others in learning. It could help struggling students to unveil their basic skills. This extra support helps them to catch up with their peers. The advanced learners are given nurturing to further uplift of their talents.
Student union election is held every year to select the Chairperson, Vice chairperson, General Secretary, UUC, Arts Club Secretary, Magazine Editor, Lady Representative etc.
The Students Union is elected on the basis of the Parliamentary Mode of Election as prescribed in University Regulations. Union members help to instill leadership qualities, democratic principles, rights and duties of citizenship and organizational skills among the students. Lady representation is mandatory in certain posts. There shall be a Staff Advisor to the College Union elected from the College Council.
